Flow Optimization

Computational fluid dynamics shapes every internal surface. The airway geometry is impossible to machine — only additive manufacturing makes this airflow path real.

Integrated Cooling

Helical channels inside the shank act as a heat exchanger. Smoke travels through an extended path, shedding heat to the outer wall before it reaches your lips.

Indestructible Build

Titanium and surgical-grade stainless steel won’t crack, burn out, or degrade. These are lifetime instruments built from aerospace materials.

Lattice Structures

Internal lattice geometries distribute heat, reduce weight, and filter particulates — structures only possible through selective laser sintering.

Precision Threads

Components screw together with sub-millimeter tolerances. No adhesives, no press-fits — just engineered metal-to-metal contact for a perfect seal.

We use computational fluid dynamics to optimize every curve of the internal airway, then fabricate the result in aerospace-grade metals using selective laser sintering. The result is a pipe that smokes cooler, draws smoother, and lasts forever.
